natins.com is a free, independent National Insurance calculator. It is not run by or connected to HMRC.

Every rate comes from GOV.UK and is listed on the rates page with a link to its source. The calculator applies the band arithmetic to a single pay period. Real payroll rounds each period and can use the annual earnings period for directors, so your payslip may differ by a few pence. Self-employed figures apply to annual profit only.

It is a guide, not tax advice. For your own position, check with HMRC or a qualified adviser.
